Southern Cornbread in a Cast Iron Skillet
This is a delicious Southern style Cornbread (think buttermilk!), so it isn't sweet like a Yankee Cornbread would be. We've finally perfected a recipe that has good keeping quality - we use just a touch of honey to enhance structure and lengthen shelf life.
Perfect with chili, omelettes, or whatever else you would like to pair with it - and you know that cornbread goes with just about everything!
