Our Danish pastries are made with a traditional laminated dough using sweet cream butter, not with the short cuts that are more like pie crust. We've also managed to come up with a cornbread that stays moist and delectable for the better part of a week!
Most of our pastries and quick breads ship at ambient temperature, but we'll put in a gel pack or two if the weather is really hot.
Don't put these items into the refrigerator, but you can tightly wrap them in plastic and then aluminum foil to freeze them for up to a few months. To thaw, put in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes or so.
